• Elevator Engineering Quotes
Elevators Modernization approved. Company contract to be approved subject to references.
• Cladding/caulking, windows
Cladding/caulking completed. Contractors to schedule painting on the building West wall.
• Painting DCC 19 Front Canopy
Start date to be confirmed.
• Recycle Bins
Meeting ongoing with the City of Durham and DCC45 regarding recycle issues.
• LED Bulbs/Fixture
LED to be installed on ground floor, main lobby and main driveway of visitors parking garage, a tryout project.
• Hanntech – Driveways and Brick Repairs
Contractors to schedule repairs – concrete sealing at front driveway, and broken bricks on side walk around building.
• Battery collection Program
City replaced new container for batteries disposal. Bin is located inside the building back door, North side.
