Ahamed has completed all the Humber College required courses of the Registered Condominium Manager (R.C.M.) and has completed the final exam and intern requirements of the Association of Condominium Manager (A.C.M.O.). Ahamed anticipates to be presented with his R.C.M. designation at the next ACMO conference in the fall of 2016.
In addition, Ahamed has completed his Building Environment System (BSE I & II) certification as well as his formal education in Computer Science, Java Programming and networking.
Ahamed worked most recently as a high-rise property manager and before that as a condo superintendent. His enthusiasm and knowledge are a great fit for your building needs and he looks forward to working with the board, staff and owners of the The Bayshore.
Anna Suters had tendered her resignation a month ago. Anna performed as a consummate professional for Guardian and our clients as she continued to manage her portfolio of properties while we found her replacement. We wish Anna and her family all the best in life and her career.
