The Bayshore Condominiums

Heating System

Thursday, October 8th, 2015 the heating system will be turned on.

Residents are reminded that it is not uncommon when the heating system is first turned on, for some of the heating components to leak.

Each Unit has 1 heating component which can be located in the first bedroom on the right or left side of the radiator. Residents should place a container under the heating component to catch any leaks that may occur. You can pick up an aluminum dish from the office for this purpose.

If you are new to the building and need assistance in locating your heating component please contact the office.

Componets should be checked regularly throughout the heating season and any signs of leaks should be reported immediately to the Superintendent or The Office.

All window air conditioners should be removed now to prevent freezing of your heating system and or heat loss.

NOTE: DCC 19 WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM RESIDENT’S NEGLIGENCE.
