The Pickering East Shore Community Association (PESCA) is an organization representing the residents of Bay Ridges (South – Lake Ontario; West – Frenchman’s Bay; North – Highway of Heroes (401); East – Squires Beach Road). Our goals are to promote and enhance the cultural, civic, social and recreational life of Pickering and more particularly within the PESCA boundaries.
