URGENT NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS
VEHICLE LEAKING OIL AND GAS
VISITORS PARKING
It has been brought to the attention of the management office that a vehicle in the visitor’s parking is leaking oil and gasoline. Not only can this cause damage to the concrete but is a health and safety violation and a serious fire concern.
If you witness this vehicle we ask that you take note of the license number and immediately report it to the office or the Superintendent.
Please further note that if you are aware that your vehicle or your visitors’ vehicle is leaking fluids the cost to clean up will be back charged to the owner of the unit.
