A Whitby-based trucking company will be taking donations of blankets, pillows, new socks, toiletries and canned goods to Alberta next week for those affected by the fires. Cam-Scott International says anything they can load in their trucks will be going to the Edmonton Emergency Relief Service.
Donations of the above items along with much needed pet supplies can be dropped off during business hours at 1900 Boundary Road, Whitby.
