Annual Fire Alarm Test

Please be advised that Sage Electric will be on site
@ DCC 19 to preform our Annual Fire Alarm test, on:

Monday, May 16th and Tuesday, May 17th 2016

From 9:00AM – 5:00PM

Please note, a staff member along with technicians will require access to resident units. In suite test begins on the 19th floor and continues down to lower floors. All remaining units and common area testing will continue on Tue. 17th 2016.

Please ensure all chain locks and alarm systems are off to
allow easy access to your unit. A charge back fee will
apply to unit owners in a “no access” situation.

Alarms may ring intermittently as part of the test. We regret any inconvenience caused however, this test is required under the fire code to ensure your continued safety.
